Frequently Asked Questions

How does the setup work? 

On the day of your event we will arrive at your venue at the time we have arranged with you. We will set up all food, props and napkins ready for your event to start. All of our prep is done from our commercial kitchen (we don’t need to use your kitchen) and is refrigerated during transport).

How much is delivery? 

Our pricing includes delivery and setup within 10km radius of us. Areas outside of this radius may incur a small delivery charge.

What do you provide? 

We provide all food, props to make the grazing table look awesome, knives and napkins. 

How do I give the props (bowls, boards etc) back to you?

We will come and collect the props within 4 days of your event.

What do I need to provide? 

Just a table and your smile! We've got everything else covered. 

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations less than 2 days prior will require full payment. Cancellations before this time will be refunded 50% of the total amount. 

Themes 

If there is a colour theme for your event, we'd love to know! Let us know about your theme when you make your booking and we'll do our best to match the grazing table to the event. 

Allergies 

Due to the cross-contamination of the grazing tables we cannot guarantee anything is 100% allergy free. If you have an allergy please let us know when you are making your booking so we can plan accordingly. 

Payment 

Full payment is due within 1 week prior to your event. Payment is to be deposited into the business account on your invoice. The graze cannot go ahead if payment has not been made in full.

A full refund will be given if your event is cancelled due to covid-19 restrictions
